These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all services provided by Explosive AS. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all services operated by Explosive AS:
A mobile app for iOS and Android that measures sprint performance using frame-accurate video timing. The app processes video entirely on your device — no video is uploaded to our servers during standalone app use.
A web platform at score.explosive.app where athletes create profiles, log self-timed sprint results, submit videos for coach review, and appear on a public leaderboard. Coaches can manage team rosters and review submitted results.
Educational content, community discussion, and training resources hosted on Kajabi at explosive.app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage your profile on your behalf and must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
If you are between 13 and 18, we recommend that a parent or guardian reviews these Terms and our Privacy Policy before you register. In any jurisdiction where a higher age is required to enter a binding agreement, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on behalf of a minor.
By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Explosive Score uses passwordless login via magic links sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity that occurs under your profile.
You must provide accurate information when registering — including your name, year of birth, and gender — as these are used to calculate age-appropriate performance scores. Do not share your login link with others or allow others to act on your behalf without your knowledge.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove results, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these rules.
Videos you import into the Explosive Sprint Timer app are processed entirely on your device. We do not access, upload, or store them. You retain full ownership of all content you create with the app.
When you submit a video or test result to Explosive Score, you grant Explosive AS a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service — for example, displaying your result on your profile or making it available for coach review.
You retain full ownership of any video you submit. We will not use your content for advertising or commercial purposes without your explicit consent. You confirm that any video you submit shows only yourself (or a person for whom you have the right to submit), and that you have the right to share it with us.
App Timing results from the Explosive Sprint Timer depend on your video's frame rate, recording conditions, and your frame selection. At 240 fps, one frame equals approximately 0.00417 seconds. The app is intended for training and coaching purposes and is not certified for official competition timing or regulatory compliance.
Score Scores and performance percentiles on Explosive Score are based on statistical reference models and are intended for informational and motivational purposes only. They should not be used as the sole basis for athletic selection, medical assessment, or training decisions.
All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Appearing on the public leaderboard is entirely optional and requires your explicit consent. You control this setting when you register and can change it at any time from your profile page.
When your profile is visible on the leaderboard, your name, country, sport, age group, and scores are publicly accessible. Videos are not shown on the leaderboard.
We reserve the right to remove any result from the leaderboard that we have reason to believe is inaccurate, fabricated, or does not comply with these Terms.
Coaches who access Explosive Score through a team licence are responsible for the appropriate use of the platform within their team. This includes:
Team licences are purchased through the Explosive community at explosive.app. Each licence covers one team and the associated coach access.
The Explosive Sprint Timer may offer subscription access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription automatically renews. Pricing and billing intervals are shown at the time of purchase. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
Explosive Score is free for individual athletes. Paid team licences for coaches are purchased through explosive.app, which is powered by Kajabi.
Paid community access and course purchases are processed through Kajabi's payment partner. Refund requests for community and course purchases should be directed to support@explosive.app.
The Explosive Sprint Timer app, Explosive Score platform, and all associated software, design, branding, and content are owned by Explosive AS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence granted in section 4, no rights are transferred to you.
You may stop using the Explosive Sprint Timer at any time by uninstalling it. You may delete your Explosive Score profile and all associated data at any time from your profile page — this permanently removes your personal data from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any service if you materially breach these Terms, or if required for legal or security reasons, without prior notice. In such cases, we will retain only the data we are legally required to keep.
To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, Explosive AS is not liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NOK 500, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these may not fully apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Explosive AS, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of our services, your submission of inaccurate or unlawful content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
